This type of license requires that you must attribute the design of these animated backgrounds to DVDMenuBacks.com and prohibits using them in a commercial project. This type of licensing is perfect for personal DVD authoring as the attribution can be as simple as telling your friends where you got the video from while you're sharing it with them on your DVD, for example. In other instances, such as a video you post online, simply a mention of DVDMenuBacks.com in the credits is sufficient to honor the Attribution clause. For personal content authors, our Creative Commons Noncommercial subscription is the most cost effective subscription, but also the most limiting in terms of the rights you are granted.
